Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms are big and comfortable, offering an excellent view of the city if you stay on higher floors, which was perfect for my family trip with my elderly father and mother-in-law, along with my wife. The staff are wonderful and really make the place special; however, I found that the cleanliness was not up to the mark throughout the stay.
